Delivery & Returns

Delivery

We currently deliver to Switzerland and France.

Orders within Switzerland typically arrive within 2–4 business days. Deliveries to France may take 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are undamaged and in their original condition.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In its original, undamaged condition
Not used or altered in any way
In its original packaging (if applicable)

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@mysza.ch with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions.

Please send returns to:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Since each Mysza bag is a unique, handmade piece, we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
